Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One property is free for good, with every check and reminder included. No card is needed.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year: £79 for Landlord or £129 for Portfolio. That is the same as 10 months at the monthly price, so you get 2 months free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can change how you pay from your account settings, and the change starts at your next renewal.
What happens when the free Portfolio month ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you don’t choose a plan, your account moves to Free and you keep access to everything you added.
Do HMOs, holiday lets and lodgers cost more?
No. Every type of property and let counts the same, so a mixed portfolio sits in one account at one price.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can export all your records first.
